Mindful Movement
Level 1 Online Program
This online course is a practitioner-focused movement library designed to help lymphatic professionals and their clients support fluid flow, nervous system regulation, mobility, and long-term treatment outcomes through gentle, trauma-informed movement.
As lymphatic practitioners, we know that lasting results don't come from treatments alone. Many clients leave feeling lighter, less swollen, more mobile, and more regulated, only to struggle maintaining that progress once they return to their everyday routines. Sedentary lifestyles, shallow breathing, stress, poor movement habits, and a lack of practical self-care tools can all contribute to ongoing stagnation and recurring symptoms.
If you've ever wished you had a trusted resource to help clients continue supporting their lymphatic system between appointments, this program was created with you in mind. The Mindful Movement Level 1 Online Program provides gentle, trauma-informed movement sequences designed to support fluid flow, mobility, breath mechanics, and nervous system regulation. Whether you're looking to deepen your own understanding or recommend meaningful at-home support to your clients, this course helps bridge the gap between treatment and daily life.
