Refund Policy for Training Programs


At the Toronto Lymphatic Academy, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you’ve paid in full for our Trainings but can no longer attend, please review our refund policy below:

Cancellations Made More Than 14 Days Before the Training Start Date: You are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee or a full credit toward a future Toronto Lymphatic Academy Course.

Cancellations Made Within 14 Days of the Training Start Date: Due to the limited availability of spots in our courses, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within two weeks of the training. However, we will provide a 50% credit toward a future Toronto Lymphatic Academy Course.

No-Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations: If you do not attend the training and have not notified us in advance, no refund or credit will be issued.

Rescheduling Options: If you’re unable to attend, we encourage you to apply your credit to a future Toronto Lymphatic Academy Course within one year of your original registration date.
