We run trainings for private groups who want to learn MLD in their own clinic or spa. Whether your clinic does functional medicine, bodywork and massage, or beauty, we build the theory and the hands-on practice around the clients your team already sees.

Your team stays close to their practices and their home lives, and we do the travelling. And your team leaves with the skills to offer MLD and the physiology to explain it.

Your Training Pathway

Training starts with Level 1 Foundation MLD Training, taught in your own space. From there, your team can add the advanced courses that fit your clinic, from aesthetics to post-op care.

Staff can complete all 4 levels and earn the Lymphatic Drainage Specialist Certificate, which recognizes training across the full pathway.

  • Level 1: Foundational MLD Training

    Two days of theory and supervised hands-on practice. Your team learns full-body, face, and neck protocols through the LINFA™ Method, which settles the nervous system before any hands-on work begins.

    The course covers:

    • Full-body, face, and neck MLD protocols

    • The anatomy and physiology of the lymphatic, nervous, and circulatory systems

    • Benefits and contraindications, and when to ask for a physician's clearance

    • Adapting your work for post-op and pregnant clients

    • Choosing tools, oils, and products

    • Fitting MLD into your existing services, and how to position and price it

    A good fit for practitioners whose clients ask for lymphatic drainage by name, or whose clients' swelling hasn't shifted with the work they already do.

    *Level 1 is the prerequisite for all other levels.

  • Advanced Training: Functional Lymphatics

    For the practitioner who wants to work with deep lymph safely.

    • Assess where fluid is being held

    • Find and release the adhesions behind chronic inflammation, pain, and trapped fluid

    • Clear superficial lymph before moving deeper

    • Organ protocols for the lungs, spleen, liver, and intestines

    • Tell a detox reaction, a retox reaction, and a flare apart, and know what to do with each

    Ideal for clients with stubborn health complaints such as: 

    • Autoimmune disease

    • Chronic pain

    • Chronic illness

    • Inflammation that comes back between sessions

    The course suits practitioners who work in clinics and want to address superficial and deep lymph without offering lymphatic massage as such.

  • Advanced Training: Peri-Op & Fascial Care

    Gain advanced skills to support clients before and after surgery:

    • Fascial anatomy and release techniques

    • How tissue heals after surgery, how scars form, and how to work with different kinds of scar

    • MLD for pre- and post-op care

    • Protocols for cosmetic and non-cosmetic procedures

    • Pacing and positioning a session for a recent post-op client

    • Recognizing language that could upset a client

    Ideal for practitioners who see clients having tummy tucks, liposuction, breast augmentation, C-sections, hip replacements, or explants, and for those working with chronic pain and mobility issues that trace back to fascial adhesions.

  • Advanced Training: Glymphatics

    For clients struggling with:

    • Brain fog and memory issues

    • Poor deep sleep

    • Stress, anxiety, and depression

    • Concussions

    • Unresolved trauma

    The brain clears its own waste through the glymphatic system, mostly during sleep. Your team learns how that system works and the hands-on sequences for the jaw, inside the mouth, the neck, behind the ears, around the eyes, and the cranium.

    Suited to practitioners whose clients are recovering from nervous system dysregulation.
