Introducing a New Online Movement Offering

We’re excited to share a movement offering from one of our trusted partners, Robyn Hickey of Rebalance Pilates.

Robyn is a practitioner we deeply respect and feel aligned with in how she approaches movement. She will be joining us this spring to lead our Mindful Movement for Lymphatics Masterclass, and shortly after that, she’ll be guiding our upcoming online lymphatic-based movement program. This felt like a beautiful opportunity to introduce you to her work now.

Rebalance Pilates is launching live online group mat classes via Zoom, designed for people who want to move their bodies safely, intelligently, and enjoyably from home.

These classes are fitness-based while still grounded in functional movement and biomechanics. The focus is on building strength, mobility, and resilience in a way that supports real life, improves movement efficiency, and helps protect against injury. There is no flashy choreography here, just thoughtful, well-designed movement you can feel good about.

All participants need is a mat. Light weights are optional.

Schedule

The six-week series runs from February 2 to March 14, with multiple live class options each week:

  • Mondays at 7:30am with Nicole

  • Thursdays at 12:00pm with Robyn

  • Thursdays at 7:00pm with Deidre

  • Saturdays at 10:00am with Robyn

Participants can attend up to four classes per week or simply choose what best fits their schedule.

Pricing

The full six-week series is $275 +HST. For those who take advantage of all four weekly classes, the cost works out to approximately $11 per class, making this a very accessible option for consistent, guided movement.
